NEW Spark plugs.NEW Steel Pushrod tubes. **NEW Pistons & Ring pack.NEW Barrels. NEW or refurbished Rocker covers.** NEW MAIN BEARINGS. NEW BIG ENDS. NEW CAM BEARINGS. NEW FLYWHEEL 200mm 12v.NEW Elring silicone Flywheel oil seal. NEW Elring Gasket set. Rocker Set Refurbished **CASE: Align bored as required. with or without bus mounts (Chemical cleaned inside/out and then painted Silver) **CONRODS: VW forged conrods checked and new bushes as required. NEW FLYWHEEL: Supplied with a 4 dowel 200mm 12v Stock weight flywheel (Please say if you need to keep your 180mm) ** End float set to correct specification. Supplied with the remaining gasket set for fitting your ancillaries.

Single Carb and manifold. New tinware, Alternator Kit with Stand, Fan kit, Mechanical Fuel Pump, Codan R9 Fuel Lines, New Distributor/Leads/Coil, Plugs, Empi exhaust and j tubes (Steel) Crankshaft & Alternator Pulley (Steel)
TWIN CARB:
Twin 34 Carbs and manifold. New tinware, Alternator Kit with Stand, Fan kit, Mechanical Fuel Pump, Codan R9 Fuel Lines, New Distributor/Leads/Coil, Plugs, Empi exhaust and j tubes (Steel) Crankshaft & Alternator Pulley (Steel)
**Return engine should not be seized and the core components re-usable after moderate machine work. (Core parts are crankcase, crank, rods. If these are damaged an agreement can be made on the cost of sourcing replacement)
Build up refurbished Long Block using customer supplied parts (+ cost of parts required) 450 plus
