This 1641cc Cruiser Performance turnkey VW engine (87mm x 69mm (stock stroke) bore/stroke) is built in-house from our Longblock program with a new universal aluminum engine case, new forged counterweighted crankshaft, and new I-beam rods. New dual-port heads with heavy-duty valve springs and a performance valve job pair with a new 87mm piston and cylinder set and a medium-performance street camshaft. Fitted with a single carburetor, HEI electronic distributor, and a performance merged exhaust system with full-flow Type 1 oiling. Premium unleaded gasoline is recommended.
