Bugpack Stainless Steel Merged VW Header
Precision designed and engineered in Anaheim, CA. The BUGPACK Street Header is constructed of Stainless Steel in either 1 5/8 or 1 3/4 inch diameter tubing, is TIG welded and features 3/8” Thick Flanges. This header offers a variety of configurations via its modular design, allowing you to install the Header and choose your preferred arrangement with three different muffler options to optimize the set-up that’s perfect for your VW. The B2-0081-S Header is designed to fit the B2-5570-S, B2-5580-S & B2-5602-S BUGPACK Mufflers. This header works on 1300-1600 bases Bug, Bus and Ghia.
Classic VW Manx Dune Buggy Exhaust Brushed Stainless Steel
Another EMPI Exclusive, our Engineering team has created the perfect dune buggy exhaust system with classic good looks and improved flow for increased performance. Using SolidWorks CAD, the EMPI Classic Dune Buggy exhaust features a reconfigured TIG welded collector for reduced back pressure AND a mellow sound when cruising or hitting the dunes and trails. Mandrel bent 1.5” tubing with slip fit joints for a trouble-free installation with maximum clearance. Includes heat risers, gaskets and mounting hardware. These exhausts are not compatible with heater boxes. This kit is Brushed 304 grade stainless steel!
Empi Stainless Steel Sideflow Exhaust For VW Bug and Bus
Constructed of Stainless Steel with 1 5/8” tubing and featuring a true 4 into 1 merged collector for maximum exhaust flow. This system is TIG welded for long lasting strength and good looks. This system includes a S/S V-band Muffler. Gaskets and hardware are in the box for an easy installation. This is a competition system and cannot be used with heater boxes.

Exhaust tips are engineered to exit the stock apron cut-outs for a clean look. Easy bolt-on fit and this exhaust has 3/8” thick flanges for a secure fit. Constructed of long-lasting 304 Stainless Steel and 1 3/8" S/S tubing. The polished muffler body is finished with a matching 304 Stainless Steel EMPI badge.
