The wait is over! EMPI is proud to introduce our new 4 Piston Front brake kit featuring Wilwood Calipers and Zero Offset Forged 2 1/2″ drop spindles. This kit comes with everything you need to fit it to your car including quality SKF bearings Elring seals, hardware and stainless steel braided brake lines. Rotors are cross drilled and slotted with a long lasting Zinc plating in 5×130/ Chevy dual bolt pattern. Fits 1966 or later Ball Joint VW Bugs. Choose your caliper color below!

Ultra compact packaging puts both the header and muffler behind the apron making the lowest point on the car the mustache bar. This kit works with your existing heater boxes or upgrade to J tubes that bolt right on. Available in 1 1/2 inch full stainless steel construction with V band muffler to header connection. Another EMPI Exclusive, our Engineering team has created the perfect dune buggy exhaust system with classic good looks and improved flow for increased performance. Using SolidWorks CAD, the EMPI Classic Dune Buggy exhaust features a reconfigured TIG welded collector for reduced back pressure AND a mellow sound when cruising or hitting the dunes and trails. Mandrel bent 1.5” tubing with slip fit joints for a trouble-free installation with maximum clearance. Includes heat risers, gaskets and mounting hardware. These exhausts are not compatible with heater boxes. This kit is Brushed 304 grade stainless steel!
Empi Stainless Steel Sideflow Exhaust For VW Bug and Bus
Constructed of Stainless Steel with 1 5/8” tubing and featuring a true 4 into 1 merged collector for maximum exhaust flow. This system is TIG welded for long lasting strength and good looks. This system includes a S/S V-band Muffler. Gaskets and hardware are in the box for an easy installation. This is a competition system and cannot be used with heater boxes.
